1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

2. Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged item, you must report it on the same day of delivery.

A clear video proof of the damaged product is required for a return request.

The product must be in secure packaging as received, with:

Once your claim is verified, our rider will come to your doorstep within 1–2 days to pick up the parcel.

Returns will not be accepted after the same day of delivery.
